Dinner please!

On the menu for tonight is Grilled Salmon, Roasted Green Beans and a Side Salad. Well, as you can see there is plenty of roughage. I've made it through the first day and 29 to go! I haven't felt hungry as I usually do. I guess when you eat quality foods it tames the hunger so much better. I didn't even have the urge to snack and we are allowed one snack per day. Not that this means I will never snack but today was a "No Snacks Required" day.

Well, as I mentioned in one of my previous posts it's been raining non-stop! And riding my bike is out of the question so I did one of the kettlebell workouts. Even though I prefer to be outdoors, it's one way to get some exercise and quite a strenuous one at that! So here's looking forward to Day 2 and having leftover salmon for breakfast!
