End of Day 2
I enjoyed rotisserie chicken and steamed broccoli for dinner. A side salad was part of the menu but I had no desire to have salad. And this turned out to be another "No Snacks Required" (NSR) day. It's way past my bedtime and I'm still up. But I want to end the day on a positive note. This is a very economical way to eat. Not only is the food tasty but each meal leaves enough for more than one meal..sometimes it's what's for breakfast the next day or somewhere down the road. If you don't like eating leftovers then this is not for you. But shouldn't you at least try it before you poo poo it? Omitting dairy, grains and legumes hasn't been difficult so far. But again this is only day 2. The basic plan is as follows: 1)Protein every meal 2) 3-4 meals per day 3) Limit fruit to 1 serving if fat loss is a goal 4) Limit nuts to 1-2 oz if fat loss is a goal 5) Beverages are coffee, tea, mineral water unsweetened. So simple! And add a little exercise to the formula and voila! Can't get much easier than that. Nighty night!
